1. Calculator inputs

Every calculator and the payslip generator run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to, logged by, or stored on any Sahod PH server, and they disappear when you close or reload the page.

Our calculators never ask for personal information. No name, email, TIN, SSS number, employer, or account is needed to use any tool. The payslip generator has an optional name field so your printout looks complete, but what you type stays in your browser. The only place we ask for personal details is the contact form, and only if you choose to send us a message (see section 4).

2. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. These collect aggregated, anonymous data such as the page viewed, referring site, country, browser, device type, and page-load timings. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. 3. Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

Sahod PH displays ads served by Google AdSense. To do this:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

For more on how Google handles this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; ads will still appear, but they will be less relevant.

4. Contact form

If you message us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. The form is delivered through a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in our Google account. We use it only to read and reply to your message, and we do not sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list.

5. Data stored on your device

We save your light/dark mode preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device. Advertising cookies set by Google are described in section 3.

6. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. In practice, the only personal information we hold is what you sent through the contact form. Send your request through the contact page and we will act on it.

7. Children

Sahod PH is meant for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Estimates, not advice

Our calculators follow the TRAIN Law (Republic Act No. 10963) tax schedule and the current published SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contribution tables. Results are estimates for reference only and are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Your employer's payroll or an agency's official computation may differ. See our Terms of Use.

9. External links

We link to official sources such as the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add a new service that collects data, we will update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
